Chicken Star Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Mini Star Pasta

  • 3 Tbsp. Butter

  • 1 Celery Stalk

  • 1 Carrot

  • 1/2 Onion

  • 2 Cloves of Garlic

  • 2 Cups Chicken Broth/Stock

  • 1 Cup Cooked Shredded Chicken (Rotisserie Chicken works great)

  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Equipment

  • Small Pot

  • Measuring Cups

  • Cutting Board

  • Knife

Chef will provide and demonstrate step-by-step instructions during class.
