No-Cook Veggie Wraps

Ingredients:

Large lettuce leaves (like romaine or butterhead)

Hummus

Sliced vegetables (bell peppers, cucumber, carrots)

Sliced avocado

Cooked or canned beans (black beans, chickpeas)

Cheese slices (optional)

Sliced deli meat or tofu (optional)

Condiments of choice (mustard, mayo, etc., optional)

Equipment:

Cutting board and knife

Instructions:

Lay a lettuce leaf flat.

Spread a spoonful of hummus onto the leaf.

Layer sliced vegetables, avocado, beans, cheese, and deli meat/tofu onto the leaf.

Add condiments if desired.

Roll the lettuce leaf like a burrito, tucking in the sides as you go.
